Lion’s Den 10 x 25′ (2013)

Living in a zoo, how cool would that be? Isn’t that every child’s dream?

The story: Daniël and Suzina Durvers aren’t ordinary children, who live in an ordinary house. No, together with their parents, their kid sister Littel and their grandpa, they live in the middle of Durvers’ Zoo. That’s because Daniël and Suzina’s father is the director of the zoo. Long ago his Grandpa built a tree house on a secret spot in the zoo. This tree house – The Lion’s Den – is now Daniël and Suzina’s domain. This is where they play and plan adventures, and where Daniël draws his comic strips about Pelicanman, a superhero with unlimited powers who does things he doesn’t dare do himself. This hero is always ready to supply Daniël with appropriate and inappropriate advice. To Daniël and Suzina the zoo is a place where an adventure is waiting behind every corner and every enclosure.
