The first edition of KinoKino – International Film Festival for Children was officially closed with the announcement of winning movies and award ceremony on Saturday, March 19th at cinema Europa, and the winning movies from both Feature and Short Fiction selection categories were chosen independently by the professional jury and the seven member children jury.
The children jury of the first KinoKino Festival was comprised of seven elementary school students and they awarded the best Feature Fiction award to the Dutch movie Little Gangster by director Arne Toonen.
